Our goal
We want to make it easier for companies to stay on top of customer contact, whether it arrives by email, chat, social media, phone or anywhere else. The platform takes on the recurring questions, the bookings and the follow-ups, so fewer customers fall through the cracks.
Our story
Svea AI grew out of our work as consultants in AI and customer contact. We built bespoke solutions for service businesses and kept meeting the same need: companies wanted to reply faster and follow up better, but needed an easier way into AI.
That became Svea AI – a platform that makes it possible to automate customer contact without building your own solution from scratch. We are supported by KTH Innovation.
